Naturopathy and Ayurveda :-
Both Ayurveda and naturopathy are alternative medicines that are in complete harmony with nature. However, they are entirely different fields of practice and study. Naturopathy is the holistic alternative to the medical system and it focuses more on the natural medicines and the ability of the body to heal itself. On the other hand, Ayurveda integrates the mind, body and spirit to not just cure, but prevent different types of ailments.
The key differences between the two are:
* Naturopathy provides natural treatments for diseases while Ayurveda prevents ailments.
* The focus of naturopathy is on healing aids inspired from nature than surgeries and herbs. Ayurveda may involve various surgical procedures.
* Ayurveda is an ancient healing system that is in existence much before naturopathy, but that does not make naturopathy any less capable of balancing the human body and fighting off diseases.
Even though Ayurveda and Naturopathy is different, they are both alternative medical systems focusing on treating the underlying issues and not just the symptoms.
